God created human beings with the same HONOR and DIGNITY. When someone’s work does not have good result, we need to separate people from work: Only his work, his capability is not good – human being’s DIGNITY is always good.

Forgiving others’ faults, letting go of resentment to people hurting us.

Being free from deception. Sharing responsibilities clearly – do not cover for subordinates; do not say bad things about or harm someone behind his back.
